How do I vote to subtract points from a topic? Only 1 maybe 2 of the +'s even relate to the hot dog itself... If you want to evaluate eateries, that's a wholly separate topic!

  Points are averaged out, so just rate it as 'none' for 0 points and the score will be averaged so a 5 and a 0 will equal 2.5. He put History and pop-culture reference as a criteria, that's why I added those
